We're excited to announce a significant milestone in our commitment to patients in rural Australia through the development of the Diploma of Rural Generalist Anaesthesia (DRGA). The diploma is a joint initiative between ANZCA, the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) and RACGP. We've been working towards its development for a number of years and significant work on the curriculum has already been completed by a working group of experts from all three colleges. We've signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with RACGP and ACRRM to establish the one year DRGA as part of our ongoing commitment to contemporary, high-quality education standards and the health and safety of patients in rural and remote Australia.
